Want to lose those extra 5 to 10 lbs but don’t know how? If you are like me, you have tried everything to shed those unwanted pounds. Good news, today is your lucky day! I’ll share with you how I lost 10 lbs in 7 days. I’m not talking about some miracle pill, but what I’ll share with you is a plan that will help you to lose those few extra pounds just in time for that special occasion. Get ready to start shedding!

My Story

I got a call from a friend about a trip to Jamaica for a reunion. I was excited about the trip but disappointed that it was 11 days from the call. Why was I disappointed? Simple! 11 days was not enough to get my body perfectly prepared. The reunion was planned months in advance, and I could just imagined how those with prior knowledge have starved themselves or bombarded their local gyms in preparation for the grand image showcase disguised as a reunion.

Let’s get one thing clear. I was never overweight or out of shape. After numerous fad diets, weight loss pills and a cycle of losing and gaining weight, I had turned to proper eating and exercise. For years, I made healthy food choices and remained in the company of a personal trainer. Still, I felt I needed to lose those stubborn extra 5 lbs in order to fit in that dress I was waiting for an excuse to wear. The reunion was my big chance and all I needed was a quick and sure plan.

The Plan

Breakfast:

1 boil egg (minus the yoke), 1 slice toast with light peanut butter and a cup of unsweetened tea. It is ok to replace the tea with dark coffee (unsweetened).

Lunch:

Mix a variety of lettuce, tomatoes, thyme, and bell peppers, with lean meat of your choice to create a delicious salad. The salad can be substituted with steam broccoli, carrot and cauliflower. No salt should be added to the steamed mix.

Snack:

Strawberries of any kind or almonds.

Dinner: Key

1 cup of soy protein shake of your choice or raw organic fit meal replacement powder.

Research supports that soy rich diet enhances weight loss by significantly decreasing BMI, glycemic control, total testosterone, triglycerides and inflammatory markers in women with Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome (PCOS) (Karamali et al, 2018).

I prefer Total Soy weight loss shake vanilla favor. It is budget friendly. Plus, it is low calorie, nutritionally balance and tasty.

Naturade Total Soy Protein Powder - 13g Protein & 140Cal per Servings, Zero Trans Fat, Non-GMO Soy - Lactose & Gluten Free - Vanilla (15 Servings)
Naturade Total Soy Protein Powder - 13g Protein & 140Cal per Servings, Zero Trans Fat, Non-GMO Soy - Lactose & Gluten Free - Vanilla (15 Servings)
Deliciously packed with 13 grams of premium, Non GMO soy protein. It is cholesterol free, gluten free, yeast free and contains no aspartame, no MSG, no lactose and no egg.

Additional Notes

Be sure to have at least 9 cups of water per day. Avoid juices. Get at least 30 minutes of exercise per day

This plan is restrictive and meant as a temporary plan for quick weight loss. It should not be used to replace a proper diet and exercise program. Resume to an adequate diet and exercise program after 7 days.
